Development and Underdevelopment in the History of Economic Thought

The global impact of the Covid-19 outbreak leads us to reconsider the date of the 24th ESHET Conference, initially scheduled 28-30 May 2020 in Sofia. We are working on a solution to postpone the ESHET Conference (save the date 24-26 September in Sofia). Obviously, we will follow the guidance provided by government agencies and by UNWE in Sofia, and we will be back with details soon.

Dear colleagues, due to Covid-19 pandemic please consider postponement by 20 days of your ESHET 2020 conference fee payments.

The Annual Conference of the European Society for the History of Economic Thought (ESHET) is the most important gathering of historians of economic thought in Europe. It is the place to be for historians of economics who want to find out what colleagues are working on and to discuss with them. The 24th Annual ESHET Conference will take place at University of National and World Economy (UNWE), Sofia (Bulgaria). Papers may be on any topic relevant to the history of economic thought, and are not restricted to the theme of the conference. Proposals of papers and sessions that fall into the ESHET 2020 Conference theme "Development and Underdevelopment in the History of Economic Thought" are particularly welcome indeed.
